Download, Print, and Complete the
Class E Liquor License Application
Step 3: Read the following steps then follow this link (http://www.illinoisepay.com/) E-Pay Logo
Step 4: Click on Miscellaneous Payments from the list.
Step 5: Complete the required information on the screens that follow. You will receive a confirmation number once the transaction is successful.
Step 6: Print the confirmation page.
Step 7:

Sign and date confirmation page. Fax confirmation page to the McLean County Clerk at (309) 888-5932.

Notes
  • The Class E Liquor License Application should be filed with the County Clerk at least 14 days prior to the event. The application will not be considered filed until the original Application and a copy of the Applicant's Certificate of Insurance are filed in the McLean County Clerk's Office.
  • There is a convenience fee of $ 1.75 for each transaction.
    This fee is not charged by the McLean County Clerk.
