| According to Illinois Statute 5 ILCS 420/4, certain individuals are
required to file a Statement of Economic Interests with the Office of
the County Clerk by May 1st of each year. Click here for guidelines on
Who Must File and the Governmental Ethics
Act. To determine whether or not an individual has filed their Statement, you may search by an Individual's Name, or by an Entity Name. In order to search by an Individual's Name, merely type the last and first name as designated, then press Enter, or double click on the Search icon. If you desire to search by an Entity Name, select the desired entity listed in the drop down menu and all individuals associated with that entity will automatically be listed.
