The Illinois Department of Health And Family Services (IDHFS), Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE)

The Illinois Department of Health And Family Services (IDHFS), Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE), has implemented a new interactive Web page. The Web page can be accessed by clicking on the On-Line Services link located in the left column of the child support Website:

To obtain the following information regarding their specific case, they will need their Social Security Number (SSN) and the date of birth of a child in the case.

  • Payments that have been processed by IDHFS
Note: If they receive their child support checks from the State Disbursement Unit (SDU), there is a link on our page that they may select to be connected to their Website, or they can access their Website directly at www.ilsdu.com.
  • Account Balance Information
