The McLean County Health Department is your partner in HIV/AIDS prevention. Through counseling, testing, community education, outreach and surveillance, the department works to prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS in McLean County.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Antibody Counseling and Testing Program

  • We offer HIV testing and counseling. If you have any questions about testing, please call 888-5435.
  • Court ordered, immigration and travel testing is not provided.
  • Appointments are available. However, walk-ins are accepted on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • No fee is charged, but donations are accepted.
