Through counseling, testing, community education, outreach and surveillance, the department works to prevent and control
the spread of HIV/AIDS in McLean County.
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Antibody Counseling and Testing
Program
- We offer HIV testing and counseling. If you have any questions about testing, please call 888-5435.
- Court ordered, immigration and travel testing is not
provided.
- Appointments are available. However, walk-ins are accepted
on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00
p.m.
- No fee is charged, but donations are accepted.

Living Positive Support Group
- Provides a private, safe location for meeting others who are living
with HIV/AIDS
