The clinic provides confidential testing, treatment and follow up for gonorrhea, syphilis and Chlamydia. The STD clinic also offers urine testing as an option to test for gonorrhea and Chlamydia. For women, additional testing is performed for trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis and yeast. Hepatitis prevention measures are also available. There is no residency requirement. A $10 basic fee is charged and other fees may be charged based on a client’s ability to pay. Appointments are available and walk-ins are accepted on Tuesday afternoons 1 to 4pm.

TB skin tests, diagnostic testing and medical consultation and treatment are available. All TB services are by appointment only. TB skin tests are provided at no cost to McLean County residents. Non-residents are required to pay a fee.
