| Dear Citizens: In a continuing effort to serve the citizens of McLean
County, the McLean County Sheriff’s Office has provided a downloadable
Citizens Complaint form and instructions for those citizens who feel
uncomfortable picking up the form and information in person at the Law
and Justice Center. The form and instructions are available in English
and Spanish.
Alternate Methods to Obtain the Citizen Complaint Form:
Citizen Complaint Follow-up Procedure: Once a complaint is received, it will be forward to the Division Commander within the Office who oversees the employee involved. That Division Commander will conduct an investigation into the allegations contained within the complaint and will communicate his/her findings in writing. Under most circumstances we will reply to most complaints within one week. If you have additional questions please contact the Administrative
