Early, Vote by Mail (Absentee), and Grace Period Voting
ATTENTION CITY OF BLOOMINGTON VOTERS:
McLean County has two Election Authorities.  Our office handles all but City of Bloomington. Click HERE for the Bloomington Election Commission's website and to find out where their Early Voting Sites are located. 


Early Voting
Early voting will be available in our office (115 E. Washington St. Rm 102), May 28 through July 2, 2015, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday June 27 from 9:00 am to noon. 


Grace Period Voting
Grace period voting is for those who did not register to vote or change their address before the close of registration. During this period, they may come into our office to register to vote or change their address ONLY in our office or on Election Day at their polling place. After the registration process, the voter will then be able to cast their vote.

Grace period registration will be available in our office June 10 through July 6, 2015, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, July 7 (Election Day) from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday June 27 from 9:00 am to noon. Also on Election Day, voters may register and vote at their polling place.

ID REQUIREMENTS: For Grace Period Voting and same day voter registration at your polling place, you must present two forms of ID, one of which must have your current address. 


Vote by Mail (Absentee Voting)
The last day we can mail a Vote by Mail ballot overseas is June 29, 2015 and the last day to mail within the United States is July 2, 2015. July 6, 2015 is the last day to vote by mail in person in our office. 

All ballots returned to our office within 14 days following the election and postmarked by 11:59 pm, July 6, 2015 will be counted.
