The McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office is responsible for the prosecution of McLean County’s most dangerous criminals. With our talented and dedicated staff and the help of our local police departments, we are able to aid in enforcing the law and punishing criminals.

We also help and advise victims of crimes by providing advocacy for our citizens. Our job is not simply to gain convictions but to seek justice.
