Due to a change in the Visa Credit Card Tax Payment Program, we are only able to accept Visa through June 30 as a source of payment. Our payment processor is actively developing the technical requirements outlined in the new Visa Tax Program. We apologize for this inconvenience. MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments can be processed as normal.

Real Estate Tax Bills Released               May 8, 2009

First Installment Due Date                      June 8, 2009

Second Installment Due Date                 September 8, 2009

Tax Sale Date (Tentative)                       November 9, 2009        

Any installment that is postmarked or paid after the due date will be assessed an interest penalty of 1 ½% per month per 35 ILCS 200/21-15 of the Property Tax Code.   Additional costs will be due as applicable.
