Current Filing Fees for Zoning Cases

Cost of Publication of Legal Notice
In addition to the below fees, the cost of publishing any notice required to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county will be paid by the applicant prior to the case being heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Exemptions From Fees
Any application by the County Board, a committee of the County Board, or the Regional Planning Commission is exempt from the below fees.
Appeals
There is no filing fee for an appeal. However, an applicant is responsible for the cost of publication of any notice required to be published prior to any appeal being heard by the Board of Appeals.
Map amendments and special uses (based on property area)

Additions to Single Family Dwellings (including but not limited to attached garages, based on square feet of lot area covered)
