The Specimen Ballot below is a complete look at all candidates who are on the ballot for the April 6 Consolidated Election. For write-in candidates, their name is not listed on the ballot by statute. Instead, a line is there for voters to print the candidate's name and an oval that must be darkened. The Specimen Ballot does NOT include any races in the City of Bloomington. Please visit www.becvote.org for City of Bloomington voter's specimen ballot.

McLean County has two election jurisdictions.
The County Clerk’s office handles elections for all of McLean County EXCEPT THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON. Voters residing within the City of Bloomington had Primary which delays their Early Voting for the April 6 election until March 12, 2021. Voters in Normal and rural McLean County can begin early voting on February 25, 2021.
Voting will be open Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Voting at the BCPA will NOT occur on Election Day, April 6. Voters, please go to your Polling Place on Election Day if you don’t Early Vote or Vote by Mail. Where is your Polling Place? Look at your voter registration card for your Polling Place, or find your polling place below by clicking the link and entering your address. City of Bloomington voters go to www.becvote.org for your election information.

*McLean County has two election jurisdictions. City of Bloomington elections are handled by the Bloomington Election Commission. Because the BEC had a Primary Election, our jurisdictions, while at the same location, have different days of availability. City of Bloomington voters go to www.becvote.org or call 309.888.5136 for your election information.

If you are not registered to vote and can produce two valid forms of ID, you may register and vote at the County Clerk's Office on Election Day. If you are registered to vote, you must vote at your Polling Place on Election Day.
