EARLY VOTING INFORMATION

For the 2021 Consolidated Election

McLean County has two election jurisdictions.

The County Clerk’s office handles elections for all the County EXCEPT THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON.   Voters residing within the City of Bloomington have a Primary which delays their Early Voting for the April 6 election until March 12, 2021.  Voters in Normal and rural McLean County can begin early voting on  February 25, 2021.

Voting will be open Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Voting at the BCPA will NOT occur on Election Day, April 6. Voters, please go to your Polling Place on Election Day if you don’t Early Vote or Vote by Mail. Where is your Polling Place? Look at your voter registration card for your Polling Place, or find your polling place below by clicking the link and entering your address. City of Bloomington voters go to www.becvote.org for your election information.

*McLean County has two election jurisdictions. City of Bloomington elections are handled by the Bloomington Election Commission. Because the BEC had a Primary Election, our jurisdictions, while at the same location, have different days of availability. City of Bloomington voters go to www.becvote.org or call 309.888.5136 for your election information.

8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 1 - 5, Monday thru Friday - Normal and Rural McLean Only

8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 12, Friday - All County AND City of Bloomington (First day for BEC voters)

8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 15 - 19, Monday thru Friday - All County AND City of Bloomington

8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 22 - 26, Monday thru Friday - All County AND City of Bloomington

8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 29 - April 2, Monday thru Friday - All County AND City of Bloomington

8:30 am – 4:30 pm April 5, Monday - All County AND City of Bloomington

If you are not registered to vote and can produce two valid forms of ID, you may register and vote at the County Clerk's Office on Election Day. If you are registered to vote, you must vote at your Polling Place on Election Day.
