About the County Facility
Jointly purchased by the McLean County and the City of Bloomington on May 15, 2001, this four-story former bank building, located at 115 E. Washington Street in downtown Bloomington, is redesigned to serve the office needs of several City of Bloomington offices and McLean County offices.
Completed in 2003, the building assists in better serving the needs of the citizens of McLean County and the City of Bloomington. The remodeling project took about a year to complete.
