If you have recently refinanced or paid off your mortgage, you are responsible for filing a Change of Address Form
with the Supervisor of Assessments office to ensure that you receive future tax bills.
Per 35 ILCS 200/20-15, the failure of the taxpayer to receive the bill shall not affect the validity of any tax, or the liability for the payment of any tax.

and we will mail a duplicate bill.
